Anthony Zunino joined the firm as a partner in September 2017. A Northern California native, Mr. Zunino began his legal career in 2008 after serving Sonoma County for thirteen years in law enforcement and later in private industry for a telecommunications firm. Prior to joining the firm, he was in private practice and later was in partnership with his wife, Becky Rasmason until her appointment to the bench as a Superior Court Commissioner in Sonoma County. His practice focuses on Family Law matters including: divorce, child custody & visitation, property division, guardianships, adoptions and any other family law issues that may arise. Anthony's familiarity with every aspect of family law in California as it relates to couples, families, parents and children makes him a valuable and efficient attorney for any divorce or family law needs you may have. Anthony is a past chairman of the Family Law Steering Committee (2017) and will become a three year term member of the Board of Directors for the Sonoma County Bar Association beginning in 2019. He teaches a Family Law Clinic at Empire Law School, where he received his law degree. Other work with the Sonoma County Superior Court includes: taking assignments of the Court as Minor’s Counsel (representing children in high conflict custody and visitation matters) and as a “judge pro tem” in his service as a Settlement Conference panelist for the Family Law Division.
Out of the office, he enjoys serving as a football official (referee) of high school and youth football games throughout the North Bay by officiating 60-70 games per year, coaching along side of his step-daughter Morgan who is a varsity softball coach; riding motorcycles and traveling with his wife, and attending local music and sporting events.
